We recommend you measure your favorite belt from buckle tip to the hole you wear it on for the best fit. Out belt sizes reflect actual inches and you must adjust accordingly. Please see our sizing page here: Sizing Chart. If you can not measure a belt, we suggest adding 4 inches to a man's pant size to obtain the best sizing. For example, someone who wears a size 34 pant would wear a size 38 Bluegrass Belt. When the waist is an odd size, increase the belt size by 3 inches (i.e. a size 33 wears a size 36 belt). Please use your own discretion when choosing a size.
